How to place order
1.Choose your favorite products with correct quantities, add them to your shopping cart, fill in the shipping address and contact information, complete the payment through paypal, credit card or others.
2. Once the order is completed, it takes around 2-4 working days for processing package. Our engineer will check the product quality well before packing. Also, our logistics people will pack the package well before sending out.

3. Our system will issue a mail to inform tracking number after sending out the goods. It could keep on tracking online the parcel status. If you do not receive our e-mail, please check with your spam mailbox

International Shipping time
Orders sent Standard shipping typically arrive in about 1 to 3 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or from holds at the local customs office. Because of this, it is possible to take up to 5 weeks for an international shipment to be delivered.

Shipment date does not include processing time.
Processing time generally takes 1-3 days depending on stock with completed package and during high demand periods it could take up to 5-7 days.

Normally, the track number shows the actual delivery status. The tracking URL will inform you once the package is successfully delivered.Â
Sometimes tracking can be misleading. The bulk package scan may be upon arrival at a regional center near your address. This is common when packages is large quantity processed by the USPS, FedEx or UPS etc. The specific package scan may not happen until it is successfully delivered to your place. So, if your tracking is not updating. please don't be panic.Â

Customs/Duty Taxe
Welikemall is not responsible for any custom taxes or fees associated with the packages. Cost for additional customs & taxes vary by country. For more information about custom taxes please contact your local customs tax office.
Customer is responsible for packages withheld by local customs office and any customs tax applied for picking up. In the case of a returned item due to rejected delivery, Customer will be charged the shipping amount with additional 20% restocking fee.
EU customers will also be responsible for VAT (value added tax) fees on top of the customs fees until further notice.
Unfortunately, we only have access to as much information that is available on the tracking page. The carrier is responsible for any lost mail and we cannot issue any refunds on lost or damage packages. We can do is file a case with post office people or courier. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard.

Shipping Address ChangesÂ
Once the goods is shipped out, it is unable to change the shipping address. Customer should update your address on the USPS website, though. If the package returns to us due to incorrect address, it will be canceled and charged with additional 20% restocking fee.Â
